INTRODUCTION
SMART INTERNATIONAL has secured a grant from USAID/AWDP to provide competency-based short term trainings in Project Management for mid-level employees of private sector companies and NGOs, and mid-level job seekers.
The goal of the Afghanistan Workforce Development Program (AWDP), funded by USAID, is to increase mid-level employment opportunities for Afghan men and women by improving the quality of market-driven technical and vocational education and training (TVET), and business education and skills training (BEST), increasing job placements, salaries/wages and self-employment opportunities in key economic sectors.
The uniqueness of this PRIMAVERA (P7) TRAINING offered by SMART is that after graduation, the graduates will be able to perform their jobs more technically and professionally, because the employees and job seekers will gain necessary Project Scheduling and Planning competencies, practical skills and knowledge. The PRIMAVERA training will be delivered based on the specific requirements and the needs of your organization.
